Welcome to your dream waterfront escape! Nestled in the exclusive Sunset Village community of Duck Key. This beautifully appointed villa offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. A bright, open-concept living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials to make cooking a breeze. The living room is the perfect space for relaxation, with cozy seating and views of the lush tropical surroundings and Tom's Harbor. Upstairs you will find two lovely bedrooms with queen beds and full bathrooms and a pull-out sofa downstairs to accommodate additional guests (6 maximum). The villa has an indoor washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside and discover your private slice of paradise. The spacious lower and upper floor decks offer a comfortable place to unwind, with a dining area perfect for al fresco meals and a lounge area to enjoy the warm island breeze. There is no better place to watch the gorgeous Florida Keys sunsets!

Within steps of the villa, the nearby Marina provides exclusive access to some of the best boating and fishing in the Keys. Whether you're an avid angler or a boating enthusiast, you will have easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. The maids will arrive to clean the villa and reset it for the next guest around 11am on check out day. Hence, there is not much you need to do other than turn off the lights and lock the door please.
Trash bins are located in the parking lot area behind small green fenced areas marked "trash". If you have time, please load / run the dishwasher and start a load of towels in the washing machine.
