Had a wonderful week at the Island Luxury house. Host is very helpful and responsive. House is fantastic, especially the pool and hot tub. Great location, quiet street but close to everything. Can't recommend highly enough.

Overall the best place we’ve ever stayed in.Jeff and Amber were amazing and so helpful ,friendly and approachable.Everything you could wish for in a holiday property and more,would recommend to anybody.Great facilities and wonderful location near to a superb beach and supermarkets.

Jeff’s place in Marathon was perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving getaway. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing week together. Sombrero Beach was a short walk from the house.Jeff was an excellent host and checked in during our stay to make sure we were having a great vacation, which we really appreciated. Our family had a wonderful time at the house. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a five-star stay in Marathon, Florida.

The house was awesome, it accommodated all of our needs. Boat dock held to boats a 23’cc and a Hawk 29. Pool was large and the back yard is awesome. Very clean.

This home was beautiful. All amenities listed were available. The location was fantastic. Communication with the owner was great. We would consider staying again without hesitation.

Family vacation

This is by far the best house that we have stayed at! Love that the pool is a regular pool and not micro sized. This helped to keep it cooler. The house is beautiful and very clean too. You won’t be disappointed with staying here

Outstanding Property and Location

The home is amazing, and it was perfect for our Christmas getaway with our entire family. The owner was super responsive to our questions, and he proactively provided dining and fishing recommendations which were excellent. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful retreat

This house was amazing. Perfect floor plan especially for people traveling with friends and families. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores we had everything. Owner truly seemed to care that you had everything and were comfortable at the house. The pool was perfect. Really recommending staying here.

Perfect place

The house was perfect! Everything we needed was there. Lot of room for everyone. The pool was great. Loved that it was heated and kept at a good temperature. We all really enjoyed the pool and the house. Good location

The perfect property for a bigger family week

The house is in great shape and decorated very nicely. Pool is large and was the perfect temperature and if it’s not you can adjust it to your liking. The dock is first class with electric and fresh water, plenty of room for my 35 foot boat The host is in constant contact and willing to fix or get anything you need.

This stunning home checked all the boxes for our weeklong family vacation in Marathon. The setting on a canal away from the hustle made it a private retreat. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we could need, with five bedrooms and multiple baths to fit us - eight adults and two kids - perfectly. Beautiful Sombrero Beach is five minutes by bike. The pool is warm and welcoming. The hot tub served as our evening gathering space. The well-equipped kitchen made family meals a breeze and our host, Jeff, was always quick to respond to questions/concerns. We enjoyed kayaking in the nearby mangroves, swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, and cruising to see the sunset. Just an ideal getaway for our crew aged 10 to 75.

Perfect!

This was our second year staying at this wonderful home. I can't think of a negative comment I could make. The owners have gone to great lengths to try and anticipate the needs of their guests. The communication with Jeff and Amber was excellent. You won't be disappointed if you chose to stay at this immaculate, well appointed, perfectly located home.

Incredible house!

What a beautiful home, well kept, spacious and truly had everything we needed. The home owner connected with us during our trip to ensure we had everything we needed and asked how our experience was so far. We have been to the keys for mini season year after year and this is the only house we have been very excited to book again. We are already booking again and can’t wait to enjoy the house for another yearly vacation!

This beautiful home is exactly as advertised! Jeff, the Owner, called us the day of check in and explained all the different functions in the house and about the pool. Through the course of the stay we had a couple more questions and he responded within an hour. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing

The house and the property were both fantastic. Very clean and beautiful. The location of the property was convenient to restaurants, shopping and close enough for a day visit to Key West. That is if you even want to leave the house.

New Year's Getaway

Beautiful, bright, sunny house with a wonderful pool, close to Sombrero Beach. We had a great week in the house with our teen and young adult children and their significant others and friends. Jeff, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions, made great suggestions about local restaurants and activities, and could not have been nicer. We would definitely go back!

Amazing Rental!

This rental was amazing. This rental had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were all equipped with everything needed. The Host was amazing, great communication and spectacular home. The house was very clean, pool was perfect and the dock had everything we needed. We give the house 5 stars, we will come back to this rental.

Magnificent Property!!

This house has it all and will not disappoint! Plenty of space with all of the oversized rooms, porches, pool deck, driveway, and dock. The kitchen is stocked as good as yours at home! The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is private and convenient. We look forward to getting back as soon as we can. The host is extremely helpful/responsive/polite.
