Good value for money, clean and comfortable

A basic motel, but super clean and a really good shower! Powerful and modern. Great value for money for the keys and easy parking. Check out time is 10am, so a little on the early side and the A/C unit is new but really noisy! Overall a nice property with good basic facilities.

Great location and love that it backs up to the canal. The staff was excellent and very helpful with any questions or concerns. 5 stars for customer service! The hotel itself is old and smells a little bit musty. Parking is defintely a problem and there were definitely some people who had more than the one allowed car per room. Some neighbors were very noisy at night.

The room was not the one we thought we were booking from the picture on Expedia. The bed however, was very comfortable. We did have people outside of our room talking loud and honking their car horn very late at night for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed.

This is a great place to bring your boat for fishing or exploring during your stay. Your boat is right behind the room. Ramp is close by. The place is not luxurious but its clean.

The room smelled strongly of mold. Check on process was long and the girl checking in had zero personality, almost robotic. Floors were very dirty in the room. It could be a really nice room if the mold issue were fixed and they cleaned the floors in it.

We loved everything about Coconut Cay! Convenient location. Towels were really nice, beds were comfortable, pillows were amazing, very quiet in our rooms as the activities going on outside were insulated from our room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We loved everything about this place!
