Arriving earlier than planned we were a little ahead of check in. Lady on reception said our room was still being cleaned so we couldn't check in as such yet but were able to use the pool, pickleball and dockside seating facilities. She was also able to recommend a few places locally for some lunch. Room was clean and roomy, beds were comfortable. The wee kitchenette was good too, for making tea and chilling drinks etc. Thank you!

We loved this property. It was in a great location, clean, great staff & great amenities. We played pickleball there & used the free kayaks. The property was clean & quiet. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as it should in the room. The dryer in the laundry room actually dried the clothes, unlike other places we've stayed. I'd stay there again.

Unfortunately our room had a very strong odor which we believe was a disinfectant. The smell hit you when you first opened the door. The smell was overwhelming and the room was also moist. Both negatively affected our sleep. Given the smell and price I cannot recommend this motel. On a different note, the front office did recommend the Sunset Grill which was a nice very nice place to eat. Regards,
