"we got 2 rooms for our stay and only stayed for the night before we got up early for our flight back home. We could not turn off the lights in our room, the main switch on the wall would not turn off the lights, in the other room there was no hot water. Now this may just be my preference but the pillows on the bed were very thin, i had to use my blanket i brought to thicken up my pillow to have a proper pillow to sleep on. "

"I absolutely LOVE Hotel Hacienda San Cristobal. The clean rooms, the staff, the beautiful hacienda itself. The location is very safe. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here when I visit the area."

"Check in was nice and fast, however upon arriving to the room when using the sink the water was dripping from under the sink. The room was very hot, we turned it on and went out for a few hours, when we came back the room was still hot and the temperature on the thermostat did not change at all, we called the front desk and was told the ac takes longer than usual to become cool because there’s direct sun light hitting the windows and blah blah blah… by that time the sink issue had already been fixed. We went out again and wanted to check out the pool. What a disappointment, there were leaves floating in it and lots of sediment at the bottom, I don’t even think the filter system was on. Then got back to the room wanting to take a shower and there was no water pressure at the shower. We were only staying for the night so we didn’t want to call the front desk a third time so we just didn’t shower. The location is convenient because it’s 5 min from the airport but if I ever come back, I will never stay at this hotel."

"Staff was very courteous, management was very helpful and allowed an early check-in. Room was clean, but had no windows or hot water in shower or sink. It was very affordable, and I slept fine, but I was surprised there wasn’t hot water. "
