Great experience at The Summit! Close to shopping and dining. Right next to the mall which is not as busy as the other malls. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Arrved late night. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Smell permeated the entire room. Was told no other vacant room to move to. Wanted to check out next morning. An "upgrade to a different room" was suddenly available and offered, but which never materialized. Was told by manager will only be charged 1 night. VERY POOR communication between Hotels.com and Summit to get refund. Eventually got CHARGED TWO nights plus various fees even though stayed only 1 night, about 12 hours total and no fault of mine that room literally stank so bad. Buyer beware!
