Excellent Customer Service

It wasn’t the best start to our stay as we had to move rooms after unpacking due to a leaking bathtub. Although we were relocated to a smaller room than the executive one we originally booked, the replacement was newer. What really stood out was the service. The staff were consistently warm, accommodating, and attentive. Their effort made the experience much better and is definitely something the hotel should be proud of.

It was my third time, but the service was different. I booked the hotel for their dry cleaning services, which apparently was non-existent. They offered no alternatives whatsoever and the staff was not at all helpful.
