First, the onsite restaurant said that it was open until 10:00pm and at the time it was only 8:30. We called for room service and there was no answer. We went downstairs and the restaurant looked to have been closed for a long time. We turned off the bedroom lights to go to sleep and the lights continued to randomly turn on and off from every 2 minutes to every half hour all night long. We could not sleep and this must have been a known problem with the room. Terrible!

Impressed with the size of the hotel room. The floor was still damp as it was probs just mopped...almost slipped as I entered. Also found 2 cockroaches on the kitchen floor. Otherwise, a 5/5. Nice view of Manila Bay.

Nice hotel, would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, cool and quiet. Nice hot water for the shower... the only thing I would have wanted is a microwave and a small fridge. The restauraunt was always out of things we wanted to order. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out onto the city and the harbor, could've used at least one more chair though. Security to enter the area was good.

Reserved a 2BR executive room with balcony and city view. Sounded nice. Room size was fine but "city view" was actually looking directly across at other old, deteriorating buildings. Unit had tv but programming was ALL Chinese. This place is a bit "off the grid" I did not have cellular service until I drove 5mins to the main road.

Take the airport shuttle.

3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms, only wish we had more time to stay here. Complimentary airport shuttle saved my family of 5 $1300php! My phone died the day before we checked in so we were stuck taking a cab from the airport to the hotel.
