There was a cockroach on the bed, they didn't turn on hot water in the room, paid for all you can eat breakfast but the restaurant was closed 2/3 days I stayed, they delivered breakfast the days the resto was closed but it arrived late in the morning and service couldn't tell me when it would be delivered, they didn't clean my room the first day, the 2nd day when I asked for them to clean room, they forgot to leave towels, laundry service was late.. I asked when it would be ready and they said 3 hours.. it took 5-6hrs and I constantly had to call to check in, they never called me to update me.. location is far if you need to commute to see people... overall service was very apathetic and didn't pay for what was advertised. Would not recommend nor return

I would have given this 5 stars if not for the property not accepting credit card payments (only cash and GCash!) and the kitchen not having a microwave oven. I love that the family suite we got was very spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Although the surrounding areas can get flooded, the overall vicinity (being near Okada and MOA) is nice and I suppose, safe as well. The pool was nice as well and the cafe good as well. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Shower head broken and if you look seriously enough the hotel is not very well built. It’s very windy in the area because it’s near the ocean but the staff keeps the door locked so it’s not very professional and it’s very inconvenient for us because we have to go to a dingy alley way to go outside. The staff aren’t very friendly, they don’t smile or greet you. The good thing was the bed and comforter.

we didn’t spent the full 4 nights here. On the very first day we looked for another hotel to stay and decided to go. The area feels unsafe and it’s like a secluded area. they Didn’t allow us to get any refund coz of the policy. Overall the experience is literally not the best. Wont recommend

Love the very spacious unit but needs a kitchen or even just a fridge and a microwave. Masters bedroom’s bathroom has a musty smell but no big deal. Would definitely recommend!

Property is a little far from the airport. Also, there are only Chinese restaurants to choose from and there was one Vietnamese restaurant. Three restaurants are very close to this hotel. You can easily and quickly walk to these restaurants. My wife and I could not eat inside any of the Chinese restaurants because they allow smoking inside while you are eating. We walked into two Chinese restaurants and immediately turned around and left due to the offensive cigarette smoke. As you may be able to guess, we do not smoke. I actually detest the smell of cigarette smoke. We inquired at the front desk about laundering my clothes, and there is a laundry service available. I dropped my soiled clothes at the front desk, and the clothes were cleaned and returned the next day. That was nice. I saw a couple of cockroaches in our hotel room.
