This place was absolutely fabulous. The stay was comfortable and it had a nice view of the city. The washer and dryer did not work as much I thought it would but we had option to send our clothes out for laundry which was wonderful. We stayed around the holidays and were serenaded with Carolers at the lobby the 3 nights of stay there. I would stay here again

Everything was great but the WiFi is a little slow and the lan ports didn’t work. To order room service it took some time due to the slow WiFi. Everything else was great and I will stay there again. It is still one of my favorite hotels.
