Would not honor the expedia reservation after receiving mesaged days previous of our stay. Claimed the knew nothing of it and happens frequently with expedia. After 20 hours of travel and flight delays, notifying the hotel thru expedia that my wife and daughter would be arriving at 2:00 am or later, they were turned away making no concessions or assistance.
