Hotel is fantastic! Conveniently located right next to fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was spectacular, not at all what you see at Hyatt Hotels in the U.S. A variety of delicious local foods as well as fruits. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly and professional, and always eager to please. We will definitely stay there again.

First time staying here but not my first time in Nicaragua it was absolutely fabulous. The mornings buffets has a variety of options. You have a mall literally steps away from the front of the hotel with plenty of dining optio s as well. They also have transportation available at any time.
