I stayed here for 1 night on 8/9/2023 and had a wonderful time. Loved how safe i felt. The neighborhood location is safe, people from outside cannot come into the hotel and I did like that. I also enjoyed the pool, and the staff who is super professional and extremely attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location: There is a huge mall only about 3 blocks down the street.
The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The manager was very helpful. The room was very nice and pretty quiet even thought it was on the main street.

Hotel is in the center of everything

Stayed at the Hilton Princess from August 22-28, hotel is very nice, the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are a bit expensive. I went there with a pre paid package from Travelocity for two people, however I also added a guest to my room for an additional $20 a night ; I thought that I would be charged $120 at time of checked out, but I got a bill for $315 . I had only requested in room breakfast which was a bit over $19.00 (one tray with eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, fruits, and orange juice) , I also asked for a liter of battle water from the bar ($4.50). Please note that final check out bill is in Spanish and all charges are listed in the country's currency; very confusing if you are not used to dealing with "cordobas ". My suggestion is to not leave a credit card on file because you might see charges that doesn't add up.

Only place you want to stay

Pros: Close restaurants
Nicaragua's nicest hotel and close to the center of town and the "action". There are no guests allowed up to the room but the front desk speaks fluent english and the food at the restaurant is good. They also offer a great deal on the currency exchange. If you have more than 2 people get a cab from the airport, it will be cheaper than the shuttle.
