Great location and there was parking available nearby. The unit needs a shovel though for snow. Unit was very clean.

Property is probably more comfortable tHn the pictures show. Everything worked & unit is easy walking distance to the village which made our stay easy. We enjoyed the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental is a corner unit which gives some privacy. Home is not the cleanest, lots of cobwebs, lighting is not great. Home looks bigger in pictures and needs some maintenance. Dryer door does not stay closed, need to push it hard to stay closed.

It was nicely updated, has fans in all bedrooms, and importantly doesn't get direct sun into the unit when we were there in July. this makes a huge difference in temperature. The unit next door was very hot. I would rent this place again.

Beautiful property

We love all the upgrades it was very pretty and very user friendly. Had everything we needed expect it was very hot, but the property manager brought us a couple fans. Maybe a screen on the sliding door. Loved the bbq, the kitchen is very stocked! When I looked for properties I looked at the bed set up before anything else. That needs to be changed. It says one queen room, one king room, 2 bunk bed room, and a 2 queen bed room. There are 2 queen bedrooms but no bedroom with 2 queen beds, just change description it’s deceiving, we did not have enough space for my daughters family they stayed elsewhere.

Our stay at Mammoth Estates was wonderful . From the minute I contacted them on the day of our arrival until our departure, they went above and beyond to make sure our vacation went well. First, when we were on our drivefrom LA to Mammoth. Iemailed the office midway to ask if we could check in early. They responded and said it was a very busy day due to the holidays but they would try. 2 hours later, I received a text saying that our condo was ready. . On our 1st night our washing machine was a little tricky to turn on. I called the office at 5 PM, & they sent a technician to help. The office also called the next day to make sure our washing machine was working well which it was. finally what was so unusual about staying in this condo were the replenishment of supplies. The condo has all of the supplies, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, soap, dish, dishwashing soap, paper towels, napkins, etc. but it was so helpful to call the office for them to deliver then when we ran out. In other rentals we’ve stayed in-not related to this condo, we were responsible for the supplies. It made such a difference to not have to go to the store. All of the team members in the office were great but Ian was exceptional. He has extremely strong communication skills and each interaction we had with him, he was very responsive, kind, and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. Ian made our stay perfect. Thank you!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Walked to village gondola. But it advertises a king and 2 queen beds when its really 3 doubles, not great for for a 6'5" guest or another tall a couple, 30 weeks pregnant with a 1yr old that cosleeps. Unfortunately we would not have booked this had we known. The internet also went out and they were able to provide the neighbors internet but so many people were on it, it wasn't great. Finally, it we as not that clean. Old coffee still in coffee maker. The floor seemed unswept. There were items left from previous guest behind the nightstands, etc.

Mammoth Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time in Mammoth. The condo we rented at Mammoth Estates worked great for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues with the condo. The sliding window screen and one of the bedroom window screens were missing, the dryer wasn't working, and there was no remote for the upstairs TV. We notified Mammoth Reservations about the missing screens, and they told us they would have to get approval from the owners to replace them, the other issues were not really a priority for us. It gets pretty hot in the summer and not being able to open the windows was not an option for us, so I purchased some screen material and tape to make up some temporary screens. I also fixed the dryer start switch. I shouldn't have to spend my time and money to fix these things, not at the premium cost to rent these condo's.

Phones, laptops, and Roku were unable to connect after MANY tries. Unable to find the router to re-boot the system. Other things the condo needs: broiler pan, small cutting boards, dish drying rack, more kitchen towels, placemats, large salad bowl.

Nice property; great location

The condo was very clean and nice. The kitchen was well-stocked. The location is perfect for walks to the Village. My only complaints would be that there was no barbecue and the closets and drawers in the bedrooms were pretty full so we had to live out of suitcases for the week.
