Our son was married in Phoenixville, and 14 members of our family (from Philadelphia, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, and New Orleans) stayed at Rich’s home for a long weekend. We could not have asked for a more responsive owner or a better place to enjoy our time together. The bedrooms were all clean, well appointed, and the towels and bedding were all good quality and plentiful. There was plenty of hot water for many people to shower at the same time. The kitchen was huge with lots of room for meal prep and plenty of storage and seating. There are two refrigerators, a stand-alone freezer, and two wine fridges, so even a large group will have plenty of cold drinks and room to store food. The house is huge with multiple living areas, so there is not only lots of space to be together, but also plenty of space to have some alone time or break up into smaller groups. If you have children, there were multiple portable cribs and a high chair. The house is big enough and designed in such a way that kids can nap or sleep undisturbed while the adults play games and socialize.
I can’t say enough about the outside space. Beautiful pool, large hot tub, and gorgeous landscaped grounds where you can play lawn games, disc golf, football, or just sit back and enjoy the birds and the view. There is plenty of seating on the patio and around the pool and a new outdoor gas grill to barbecue.
