Villa Oasis Madrid is an exclusive villa located in Batres, a peaceful setting 50 minutes from Madrid.

The upper floor comprises the living area, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet in the pool area, two fully equipped kitchens and a living dining room with large windows that provide light and space....



The villa has parking space within the property, with capacity for up to 4 vehicles, and Wi Fi connection throughout the house. Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided for all guests. The property is rented on an exclusive basis, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor areas with complete privacy. The pool, hot tub, barbecue, and spa area are for private use and are located within the property. The pool and garden are maintained on a regular basis. If any visits are necessary during your stay, you will always be notified in advance to ensure your comfort. The property has oil fired heating and hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms. In addition, the upper floor has underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the year. Both the interior and exterior are equipped with home automation systems that allow you to control blackout blinds, lighting, and features such as waterfalls via remote control. In addition, you will find QR codes with tutorials in different rooms to help you use all the amenities of the villa. The house has a washing machine, dryer, clothesline, and iron. A crib and extra single beds for children are available upon request. Upon request, it is possible to arrange services such as a private chef, food delivery, catering, chauffeur, massage therapist, or other personalized services, subject to availability.

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory to register all guests online before arrival, using a link that will be sent a few days in advance via the check in website. The pool is outdoor and, during the colder months, is kept at a temperature approximately 5°C above the ambient temperature, allowing it to be used in spring and autumn as well. The property has outdoor parking space within the grounds. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, so please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Unauthorized celebrations or events are not permitted.

To get to Villa Oasis Madrid and get around the area comfortably, we recommend having your own vehicle or renting one. The villa is located in a quiet and secluded setting, so having a car is the most practical option both for getting there and for getting around during your stay. From the center of Madrid, the journey by car takes approximately 50 minutes, and from Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas Airport, around 45 minutes, depending on traffic. As alternatives, we offer our private chauffeur service (upon request), or you can use public transport, which will drop you off a 1 minute walk from the villa.
