The property is a bit far only train Renfe and limited to 2 train station in town center, unless you would like to pay for train and metro. The toilet is small only fit small size people. There is no fridge, cups, kettle. Overall, its an 3 stars hotel can't expect that much.

The layout of the room was very unfriendly for families. The electrical socket did not work so we could not charge our phones. The room had no refrigerator, though it was advertised on Expedia to contain in-room refrigerator and that was really why we booked it. The room had 7 beds spaces, while we needed 5 and the unneeded double bunk just took up unnecessary and hence room was cramped.

Stayed one night at this hotel. Very clean and close to all amenities. Train is 5min walk from the hotel. A lot of restaurants and eating places at walking distance. Very helpful staff and buffet breakfast is worth. Highly recommended

Nice stay but noisy

I wanted to share feedback about my stay. Overall, it was good, but I noticed quite a bit of noise from people talking loudly in the corridors and other rooms. It was a bit disruptive specially after 11 pm, and I could hear everything from neighboring rooms.

It is a good for the money

Room - good beds, comfort, nice and friendly staffs, helped me a lot and were very supportive. 5 stars for all the staffs, Excellent clean service. Thank you very much for all your help. It means so much to me. Restaurant with buffet, great money value- 7 euros for buffet The bad- It is the room was so small and you listen all the other guests, including snoring that you feel is next to you or baby crying, we could not have space to put our small luggage (cabin luggage), train station is not near, I spent 12-15 min carrying the luggage and not plan streets which makes difficult when you need to transport your luggage.

Nice facilities, not English friendly at all

This hotel is has everything that you need including a bar, smoking area and reception. Staff didn’t have every good English. Only one horror story to share is that I went for breakfast, as I was told at reception that I could have breakfast (not mentioning a fee). The next morning I went to reception and asked if I was allowed to get breakfast as part of my room. I only had a pastry and a coffee and was charged €7 even though I asked if I had to pay before having breakfast. Also having tried to speak Spanish to staff using google translate. No one but the lates guy on reception even attempted to help me in correcting my Spanish or helping me. But decided to ignore me or fob me off to someone else. Apart from this the stay was pleasant but it is a mission away from Madrid centre, so if your purpose is to visit the centre a lot. Do not stay here...
