Pedro, Pietro and Cristina were all super helpful and very professional. Perfect location, very quiet though on the busy street and you can walk everywhere. There are so many local restaurants, coffee places and market around the hotel.

Had a warm welcome when we turned up at midnight and a easy checkin. The room was nice and clean and cleaned daily. The room was perfect for us. The only thing that could have made it better was a few english speaking tv channels

Good hotel, well located

The hotel is in a good location ,the staff in all roles were excelant and very helpfull .A taxi to or from the airport is a fixed price of 33 euros ,allow at least 45 mins due to heavy traffic .Good local bars and restaurants ,Plaza Angel ,and Calle Huerta are best close by .turn right and continue to the end of Calle Atoch for PlazaMayor. .We did not take breakfast @19 euro because ther are plenty of cafes close by that do a very good breakfast ,for a fraction of the hotel cost.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Location of the hotel was great for walking to many wonderful attractions in Madrid. our room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. beautiful rooftop terrace and pool, although the pool was not in operation when we were there. i believe that it opened the day we left. would recommend this hotel.

Overall an okay stay but hampered by the fact their AC didn’t really work. The one night I was there I asked to change room as couldn’t get the room temperature below 25 degrees, I was moved to another room at midnight and even that one I couldn’t get below 21 degrees which made the stay rather uncomfortable especially in the heat. The rooms could do with some upgrading, the bathroom floor was uneven and you could see plenty limescale build up in the shower head. Definitely has potential and great location but really the AC put a dampener on things. Wouldn’t stay there again given the issues.

Such an amazing hotel. The property was clean and well taken care of with great and attentive staff. It was in a convenient location, walking distance from the center of the city. The #1 metro line was merely feet away. I got a balcony room and it was spacious with its own sitting area. I would definitely recommend this hotel would stay here again.

We arrived in the middle of the nationwide power cut and despite that, the staff were extremely helpful and informative. The breakfasts are really good and while the hotel is on a busy street, it was fairly quiet.
