The room has 3 beds and for that price I am not complaining too much. The carpet needs deep cleaning or needs to be changed. AC worked most of the time, but it wasn't continuously running so it would get very warm at times and then it kicks in again. Otherwise for the price, not many complaints

We had the double room with a hot tub. I dont think using the hot tub would be safe, you could feel the floor moving as we walked. You could tell things hadnt been deep cleaned in some time. The bedding was nice and newer, tv and both air conditioners worked well. $88 for such a large room makes it hard to complain, but we wouldnt stay again. Check in staff was polite - we had to check in at the building next door.

The room we stayed in was clean, just basic. We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door. The rooms were basic and felt equal to the affordable price we paid. The pools were not open but it was a cold memorial day weekend trip. I got to bring my dog for only $25 for the whole 4 nights. It was a great stay, it was quiet. I wish there was more lighting outside for when I walked my dog at night, but not a big deal! Good place, staff was helpful and kind!!

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The bathroom was clean though toilet and tub had mineral stains. The carpet was disgusting - lots of spots and stains. No tissues in the holder. Sheets had some small holes. Had to unscrew lightbulbs to turn off as the switch was literally missing though you could see where it should have been. Oh and you had to walk to the next motel to check in. Will never stay there again!
