Room was clean and the beds were huge! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to see Machu Picchu. Great little hotel in Aguas Calientes. Large, attractive rooms. Brand new bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are so nice. Cloti met me at the train station and helped me with my luggage back to the hotel. They also kept my stuff safe while I went to Mach Picchu after I checked out. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again.
