We did not smoke, non of us are smokers. We did use the wood stove using wood we collected in the field. Microwave door is broken, towel rack in bathroom is about to fall off and pots/pans are severely scratched, we bought some in Reserve. Beds are very comfortable, wifi worked great. We booked this room 4 months in advance. Drove 5 hours to find out they closed the hotel for renovations. We never got a phone call no emails and now im trying to figure out how to get a refund. We called the managet he didnt care at all was rude. Absolutely horrible managrment.
