Excellent location near train station and old city. However poor air conditioning with what seemed like only the fan function on in the room. It was cooler outside than in the room which was warm for summer. The shower had poor flow and poor temp control and height adjustment so had to bend a little to take a shower. WiFi inconsistent and lagged. Small rooms but adequate for two, Breakfast selection small and poor value for the cost. Will not stay here again.

Great Service and perfect location

Hotel staff was very friendly and check in quick. restaurant on site with lots of choices. Very close to this beautiful city. The Swiss white wine is top notch !

Hotel is very clean, has comfortable bed/bedding and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Most of all, the location is great! Just a mininut walk from the Chapel bridge and close walking distance from the train station.

Good location, close to Chapel bridge and train station. Small room, not much space to move around. There was construction in the road front of the hotel, I wish this had been disclosed before our booking.

The location is my reason for scoring as high. I really wanted to love the stay it was impossible to get to the parking listed in the description due to all streets being worked on. Construction was ongoing in the morning. The room was not as clean as you would expect and the communication was non existent. I would not return

Check in went very well. The hostess, who checked us in was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were small, but nice. Where the stay fell short was when my wife asked very kindly for a staff member to warm a small gluten free item in their kitchen microwave for about a minute due to my daughter‘s celiac disease. The front desk lady gave us quite a bit of pushback with attitude. With quite a bit of persistence, my wife was able to have her warm the small item.

This hotel is located in a lovely area with easy access to tram lines, making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and great value for the location. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

Great property with a really convenient location. Just steps away from Chapel Bridge and also very close to the train station. The front desk staff were very friendly and even helped us booking our tickets for Mt. Pilatus.

This was my first time in Switzerland and it couldn’t have been a better introduction to the country. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the staff is very friendly plus, the hotel rooms themselves are more spacious than I found in other European hotels.

Friendly service at checkin. Very informative and helpful. Room attendants were happy and accommodating as well. The attached restaurant offered delicious italian cuisine. The hotel was in a great location; off the main road and close to old town and the train station. We will choose this location again on our next Lucerne trip.
