This property is certainly not a 4 star property. The rooms are super crunch and lives no space to walk or sit at all. We booked a courtyard view room and got a construction site/ warehouses view. The room doesn't even have basic amenities like a iron board . The staff at the front desk are super rude and gave me a queen bed despite booking a king size bed. Expedia agent had to intervene to get the right room allotted to me. Won't recommend this place at all other then vicinity to station and the chapel Bridge.

The hotel itself was awesome. The only issue we had was there was road construction outside that woke us up when they started working at 6:00am. The location of the hotel was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

AMERON is a wonderful hotel - modern decor, friendly and very helpful staff, and an excellent breakfast buffet that even included prosciutto fresh from a slicer! We were impressed with the amount of space in the room, and the location of the hotel was perfect as it was in the middle of the train station, marina, and the main area of shops and restaurants, a block away from Chappel Bridge.

The property was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The only notable downside was that the air conditioning did not function optimally. Additionally, there were occasional instances of loud individuals who were intoxicated and were congregating outside due to the presence of a nearby nightclub. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, as we only encountered the “loud” individuals on one night out of the several days we were there.
