Check in process was annoying. No one was at the front desk during arrival. Check in times listed are from 4pm-12am so I would have assumed someone should be at the check in desk during that time frame. We had to walk around to find security from another building on the property to help us check in. The condo itself had a great balcony view and was clean. It had the basic amenities in the room and the property had a pool, small gym and restaurant. Mullet Bay beach was a 3-5min walk away. The parking situation was great and there was security at the gate. I have been to St. maarten a few times. I probably would not stay at this location since it is far from restaurants, shopping and night life. We rented a car so it was okay but if you plan to walk/catch cabs then this is not the location for you.

Rooms were very clean upon arrival. Staff was friendly, buildings were kept spotless. Felt like a safe place to stay being gated. Our concierge Dre and his wife were a great help from car rentals to assisting us in getting around the island

We stayed at the Fourteen for 3 nights and it was nothing short of amazing. Beautiful views no matter what floor you’re on, quiet, nice staff and close to a lot! Only thing to consider is pool umbrellas are limited. I’d definitely come back

The rooms were dirty and stinky, the staff wasn't helpful. I was going downstairs to complain about the drain in the sink, but another client was screaming at the management for also having a bad experience with their staff with the car service they refer. The hallways stink. The rooms have an awful view, nothing like the pictures. Just not worth it. Rather pay a bit more and go across the street.
