The staff wasn’t friendly at all always had an attitude any time you approached. Cats around the resort should be placed in the cat room not roaming resort. Rooms didn’t include alcohol other than beer and no room service option. Unable to leave bar with drink. WiFi not working the entire time unable to use cell phone during the entirety of my stay.

We stood here with our kids. It was a big family trip with teens and adults. The property itself had everything we needed with swim up bar, fun pools and easy access to the beach where we got to experience the planes landing nearby. The dining options were great, especially the breakfast buffet. The location is close to some shops and casino which we enjoyed being so close by. Some of the cons were the drinks were definitely watered down- barely feeling like any alcohol was in there in addition to some of the staff seeming like they didn’t want to be there or service you. Other than that, it was a nice all-inclusive resort for me and my family. Hopefully they make some improvements to their drink drinks and staff.

The bathroom hmmm wasn’t cleaned properly . The safe in the room wasn’t opening. I went to the front desk to tell them ; no one came to fix it The spa was amazing.

Beautiful setting rooms are genuinely clean until you look close the caulking around shower tile is moldy air conditioning is on or off no in between. I had a light bulb out and asked for it to be repaired never happened.
