Food was terribly bland. I was forced to eat off the resort for decent food. A few of my peers complained about money being stolen from their time by the clean up staff. It was reported and the response was “do you have proof” which makes me feel unsafe. Don’t think I will be returning. Although the views and beach were nice. The lack of quality food and handling of theft on premises were not to my standard.

Great Location but Disappointed by Roach Problem The hotel is in a great location — close to local restaurants and just a short walk from Maho Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, my experience was overshadowed by an issue with cleanliness. On my first night in a room with a pool view, I noticed a roach on the balcony. I called the front desk, and to their credit, someone came promptly to clean it up. Unfortunately, I later found a second and then a third roach. At that point, I requested to move rooms, and the staff accommodated me right away. Still, the roach problem really ruined the experience for me. It also made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel, especially the kitchen where food is prepared. I would strongly recommend that management take pest control seriously and ensure regular spraying and cleaning. It’s a beautiful property in a great location, but this issue needs to be addressed immediately.
