The staff were excellent ,from check-in to check-out . Stayed 5 nights 5/22-27 celebrating our anniversary. The only reason for the 4* not 5* was due to the EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC from the local bar/club that did not stop until 3:30-4 AM. I was assigned rm#567 and Friday ,& Saturday night i had a private concert in my room

Too many guests at this hotel too much Riff Raff too much noise escalators were un operable Getting up to the restaurants, not good for injured or disabled staff wasn’t really helpful about getting them fixed like that for two weeks beach area was dirty

There are pros and cons with the party but let me start with the pros: beautiful beach, food was great and plenty of options for younger kids to eat , drinks were mediocre but nothing you wouldn't expect from an all-inclusive. Now the cons: customer service is just ok. There are just a few staff members who actually love their jobs and are great and others who are just plain nasty. Jorina front desk as I checked out just looked unfriendly and not even a " thank you I hope you enjoyed your stay". She took the towel cards and printed my receipt after I asked her for one and didn't say anything after that. Kennedy also gave my son a hard time going into the teen zone to play a little basketball (even though there was no one in there). It's a ridiculous policy to not allow kids to come in. I have a well behaved 6 year old who was bummed out. The kid's Beach Club is a babysitting club that also restricts kids from just coming in to play. Its more of a drop your kid off so parents can get drunk, I was not about to leave my kid. The kid's pool needs more maintenance and it smells moldy and dirty. The general pool is too deep for smaller kids to have fun so definitely not kid-friendly. Pool bartender I am not sure of his name but his attitude sucked. Please hire a more customer service oriented staff!

There are not many resorts that I would visit again for various reasons but I would definitely come back here. The staff are truly friendly and accommodating. I had a great vacation here and look forward to returning when Sint Maarten upgrades their airport because standing on line for immigration in the heat is not it. This resort met all of my needs and I’m happy I chose it.

Food was just okay as there are a bunch of options to pick from. Breakfast buffet is the best thing. Biggest mistake was not booking ocean point abd staying away from all the kids. Room was really bad. AC did not work and we called someone up to check on it and even after he changed the temp still was not cold enough. Sheets were dirty as well as stains on the wall (not sure what they were) overall 7 out of 10. Would try the adults only ocean point if I ever came back

Mediocre resort
Quite average all-inclusive property that does not have its own beach. The property looks bigger on pictures than it is. Constant lines of people for everything. The buffet is good, other restaurants are nothing special and are not worth to wait to get food. Lots of plastic and it is not recycled on the island because they don’t have the resources. The areas outside the resort are piled with trash. But the most disappointing part was the kids club. It is boring and not interactive so most of the time kids end up playing video games and watching TV. The team members are not attentive to details and show no interest. The kids club is quite opposite to the description on the property’s site and magazine. It is definitely not a kids club that it is expected in all-inclusive resorts. Thus, if this is important for your vacation, go somewhere else.
