I Had a good time at the Sonesta, clean rooms, stocked fridge a variety of drinks, alcohol and non alcoholic, everything worked but the iron and house keep resolved that quickly. The grounds and resort were clean. The hotel is very close to the airport.

In general the stay was okay. What I liked: Staff was very friendly, food was good, AMAZING kids club!! Great water slides. What I didn’t like: Room smelled like mold and mold was everywhere in the bathroom, uncomfortable pillows, not enough beach chairs, many of them were also uncomfortable and broken.

The food options available in the all-inclusive restaurants was horrible. The buffet served American style food, like pizza, hotdog, and cheeseburgers. The food didn’t give an Island vibe. The views on the beach was amazing. The staff was friendly.
