Cute, Trendy Studio City Hotel

tayed for 11 nights housekeeping only stopped by once to offer more towelsand toiletries didn't ask if we wanted room cleaned at all. Son 7 I have a dust mite allergy and we did sneeze a lot in the room. The chair cushions at the desk/table area were stained and could use a good steam cleam. pool area always busy and has activities going on untfortunitely we didn;t have time to take advantage of any of them. The shuttle to Universal is great save $60 on parking but restricts when you can come and go.

We stayed at the Garland for my niece's wedding. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was during our visit. They were very friendly, always attentive and did everything they could to make our stay great. My sister was going to extend her stay by a couple days, due to meeting up with some other friends and they helped us get me and my daughter checked out, and her checked into the same room so there was an easy transition and no need for her to move out of the room we were in, and into another one. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I may be back if I venture that way again!

Cool Vibe. Perfect for families

Such a great place! Our kid loved the movie at the pool each night. Very chic vibe- loved the location so close to Universal and so glad we made time in the schedule to just relax at the hotel.

This hotel is great for guests of all ages. I stayed here with my family including 2 young children, but also appreciated the adult only hot-tub, lounge spaces and relaxed vibe for grown-ups as well. Our room was ready when we arrived, the trolley service was convenient and comfortable and the dining options on-site are convenient, affordable and enjoyable. Wonderful stay at a great hotel.
