We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood in northwest San Fernando Valley. Our home has a large backyard; pool & jacuzzi adjacent to open & covered patios; a gas grill and indoor & outdoor tv's. Smoking is prohibited inside & outside for entertainment.

We are close to parks and many great hiking trails. There are 3 new and newly renovated malls, 3-5 star-restaurants, and entertainment centers all within 5 miles north, east and south of us. We are conveniently located near centers and popular attractions throughout LA..

THE SPACE
Enjoy relaxing in our newly renovated home . It is comfortable, cozy and well appointed with the following attributes:

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire house EXCLUDING the garage. Guests are NOT allowed to unplug any electrical appliances or access the locked closets, gas meter or the electric panel.

For safety and security, we require the names of all overnight guest over the age of 13 that will be staying at the property upon booking.

THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED:
- No drugs or any illegal activities
- No smoking or vaping any products in the house or on the property
- No filming
- No parties
- No Pets allowed
- No unregistered overnight guests allowed

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The may pool may be heated between March and November. There is a fee to heat the pool, the amount of which varies by season. Please contact us for rates and additional information. The spa/jacuzzi may be heated year round at no charge.

To prioritize safety, exterior cameras are installed on the property and are visible:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

1. Please rinse and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Start cycle (auto, heated dry) 2. Brush excess food off and wipe down and cover grill (if used)

3. Wipe down patio furniture, remove food from rug and cover patio furniture. 4. Log off premium apps (Netflix, Max, YouTube, Prime, etc.) on all TV’s.

Cover outdoor TV. Place remotes in back pocket of TV cover.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors. Exit Backyard, Patio, Pool/Spa from 9:00pm-8:00am. Pool/Spa equipment operations are monitored.

Please turn off all outdoor lights when not in use. Cover the patio furniture, grill (brush off grill plates) and TV after each use.

No Drugs. No Smoking/vaping are allowed inside/on property. Violating House Rules may cause reservation to be cancelled, with no refund and $500 fine

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! Everything was clean and tidy, the house was well stocked, and we very much enjoyed the pool and spa all week long. The location in Chatsworth is great and centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit in Los Angeles. Steve was a kind and communicative host.

Good size pool in a quiet neighbourhood

Loved our stay here. Lovely quiet neighbourhood - morning coffee with just the birds singing was a treat. Decent size pool - kids loved the diving board ! Not too far from the main attractions (30-45min drive). Would recommend.

Family Trip was a success!

We were beyond satisfied with our stay at this amazing home! The house was very beautiful and we had a nice view of the hills right in the backyard! The pool and tv outside were a plus! Steve and Jennifer were amazing!

Perfect Family Visit

We booked this place close to family members that we were visiting. We enjoyed having them over to be able to enjoy the spacious property and pool with our kiddos. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and we had no issues during our stay. Nice relaxing place for us to enjoy treasured time together.

We had a lovely time at this comfortable house that was perfect for our family. There is parking in the driveway, and it is easy to get to different neighborhoods in the valley. Nice restaurants around. We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub…

Perfect house for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Two large den/sitting areas, one with a big screen TV. Large patio areas outside with pool, hot tub and grill which we used often. Pool and hot tub operated from phone app with detailed instructions for setup. All bedrooms were large. Kitchen fully equipped including leftover spices, coffee, etc from previous guests. Host was very responsive and will definitely stay here again!

Great swimming pool experience

Hot tub (can control your own temperature) and swimming pool with diving board. Kids had a blast. Property was clean. The host responded quickly and was good with communication.

Memorable stay

Visiting the area for my daughter’s graduation. It was a real memorable stay. With 5 of us in total we had plenty of room. The two living areas were a real plus. Pool and jacuzzi was a hit for sure. We all were very comfortable. We headed to to nearest store to find out there was one just a couple of blocks away. The host was very personable. We will definitely book again.

Take daughter to college

Charming and clean house in quiet neighborhood. Wish we had more time to enjoy pool and outdoor patio area. Close to CSUN. In preparation of Hurricane Hillary, hosts were attentive and brought bottled water and secured outside furniture. Would recommend and stay there again! Mahalo.

Chatsworth stay

We were attending wedding events at the Hummingbird Nest and Woodland Hills Country Club so the location was perfect. We were 4 people so had plenty of space. Outside pool area is great and we used it a lot. Steve was very responsive to any requests we made. House was very clean and super well stocked. Rolls of TP, paper towels and great kitchen options. The house and amenities enhanced our trip. We were able to enjoy the wedding and relax.

Awesome Experience

I booked this property a day before we left to CA. I didn’t notice I didn’t add 1 night. I had contacted Mr. Steve, we were about to aboard our flight but he was so nice to tell me that he will work something out, and to call him when l land to LA. When we got in LA I saw a message stating that he was able to add an extra night to our stay. I text him, letting him know l have landed and to thank him for helping us. I missed calls from him and his lovely wife. I texted him letting him know l haven’t received check in instructions, as soon as l sent extra payment I received instructions and his wife was so nice to call us to asked if we have received all instructions and if we need anything to give them a call. When we got there everything looked great. House was clean and ready to enjoy our time there, sadly we were not able to go in the pool due to weather, but other then that we had a GREAT experience. I would definitely recommend for families to stay in this beautiful home.
