Absolutely loved this hotel! When booking it, the pictures look so vibrant & with everything looking so modern is what really drew me in. Just like all the other reviews say, this hotel is extremely clean & well kept. The staff member checking us in (Issac) I believe, was very friendly & even asked if we had a preference of which floor we would like to stay on. The rooms are very cute, modern & clean! The only thing that I wish was a bit better was the water pressure in the shower but that's just being nit-picky! The location was awesome when traveling to and from Burbank Airport & Universal Studios. Overall I was really impressed with this hotel & look forward to staying here again ❤️

The room smelled like smoke even though it’s supposed to be non smoking. There was a prevalent smell of weed even though that is not allowed either. The parking garage had people who were not staying at the hotel hanging out smoking and playing music. Did not feel safe at all. The only things to eat were Mac n cheese, candy and chips basically. Unsafe, unclean and noisy.
