The room and hotel are clean, staff helpful and pleasant. The parking situation should be more friendly for hotel guests, especially during the day. One day we were just stopping back at hotel to change clothes but could not park in the lot without paying

The hotel itself is clean with a very friendly staff. I paid for an upgrade of “partial beach view” and instead it was the parking lot of a restaurant next door with a tiny peek of the water. It was loud due to the restaurant’s morning deliveries. The street parking is on a questionably safe road. Rooms were lovely but the bathroom hot water faucet leaked and made a mess all over the counter & our items. Maybe some honesty about what a “view” really means as I would not have paid for the upgrade.

Pool, hot tub not working. Marina beach closed do bacteria, not the hotels fault obviously. Valet is required although parking is abundant. Bathroom door didnt shut, cracks in the bathroom wall, and marina view was more of a view of the restaurant below. Hit up the vending machine on our floor to get a coke that expired in july of 2022. Really disappointed for the price, will never visit again. Literally any hotel in the area would have been better
