I really wanted to give this hotel five stars—the service was great, everything was clean, and the location was convenient. However, the beds were just not comfortable at all. I felt like I was sleeping on a rock, which made it hard to get a good night’s rest. If they improve the mattresses, this would easily be a five-star stay.

We booked this hotel for the free airport shuttle. The desk clerk put us on the list for the first shuttle of the day, but when we got there they had filled it entirely with another party of 10 even though we were on the list. We had to pay for an uber.
