Your neighbor is a long term tenants / rentals that has shared common walls. Meaning you can definitely greet each other coming because the neighbor is living on the same lot with different entrances, as they also park in the the driveway!

☆ TRASH ☆
Please put trash in the trash bin located in the backyard. For Guests checking in by Monday and Tuesday - it is Trash day, Let's help because it need to push out the curb on Monday and pull back on Tuesday.

☆ NOISE LIMIT ☆
A friendly reminder to please keep your voices down outside of the property to give respect to our neighbors.

☆ PETS ☆
We warmly welcome dogs to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $100 per stay that must be settled prior to check-in. Please do clean after your pets. NOTE that do NOT let your pets STAY in the WHITE SOFA. Any pet waste or damages will result into a penalty.

☆ PARKING ☆
Garage is not available to use! We encourage to only utilize the driveway or street parking which can be used 48 hours.

☆ INDOOR FIREPLACE ☆
A quick heads up that it is only for decorative purpose & can't be utilized.

☆ NO CABLE☆
Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services or to connect your devices or use your own account for entertainment.
