Staff was wonderful! Room was clean and quiet. Shopping mall was right across the street and there were many restaurants nearby. Only slight criticism - hotel restaurant had a limited menu and music was a bit too loud to easily hold a conversation. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Billy and Madison at the front desk were very helpful and sweet. Irma from housekeeping is a very hard worker and took care of our complaint immediately. Hotel is a bit dated and can tell guests have not taken care of it. But the room was spacious and the bathroom felt big with lots of countertop space. This and the staff made me our stay worth it.

There were cob webs on the recessed lights and spiders hanging off.....it didn't look like anyone dusted those lights. The outdoor parking area was quite far from the actual hotel rooms, so I didn't feel very safe walking from my car to the hotel. Overall, I just didn't feel very comfortable.

I booked an accessible room. I asked for a ground floor room, close to the front desk with a bathtub. They gave me a room on the 4th floor that was literally the very last room through many corridors that ended up in a completely different wing from where I checked in. Terrible!

The stay was just okay. If your looking for a place to stay and no one bother you then come here. My only complaint was the dinner at the hotel restaurant the gentle man was too busy flirting with the lady at the bar instead of taking orders or refilling drinks.
