We stayed in Andaz many times before covid. There were drinks in room and bath robes were heavy white great quality. Current room removed drinks and down grade to cheap robes perhaps made jn india. The hotel lobby used to have fresh apples and healthy light snakes. Replaced with junk food such as potato chips. The hotel seem managed or owned by different mind set. Overall down graded a bit. It is still clean, Staff is nice.

Really pretty hotel but service was not great. We arrived and our room wasn’t ready. It took about an hour and a half to get checked in. It was frustrating because there weren’t really any accommodations provided for this inconvenience.

Funky vibe! Great staff! Best location! BEWARE: Expedia doesn’t tell you about the $70 a day valet service! Rooms need refreshing. Pool had incredible views but Andaz has no service there and treats the pool (it’s best feature) like an afterthought. Put me and my daughter in a handicapped room without informing us! We aren’t disabled and are tall people. Everything low. Bed uncomfortable and no bathroom counter space. Shower drain overflowed. Felt that because it was a package deal they put us in a room that wasn’t good for us. Felt swindled.

Cute hotel with a beautiful roof top pool. Only thing we were disappointed in was the bar in the pool area was closed for the spring. Aside from that, staff was friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations that were walking distance.
