The room was clean and offered a lot of space. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Only the breakfast could need some optimisation. Due to shortages in staff, people had to wait quite long

Our young kids stayed with us in the same room, and the room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. A value for money for what we paid. The English breakfast buffet was decent and the kids ate for free as well.

The location was excellent, close to transportation and walking distance to tower bridge and Tower of London. The local restaurants were great. A little under staffed and some attention needed on housekeeping. Other than that, we felt safe and the staff that was available went out of their way for us. Would go back again, definitely…

La habitación es confortable y está limpia como el baño. Para ir dos adultos con niños pequeños está perfecta. El camarero que te recibe por las mañanas para el desayuno es muy amable y muy profesional. Es mejor bajar pronto a desayunar para evitar la cola que comienza sobre las 9.
