Great location, needs some tlc

This property has a wonderful location, 2min from Richmond station, Richmond Green and the cute shopping and restaurant area of Richmond. The house interior itself is old with a lot of touch up needed. It is functional and provides 3 bedrooms and kitchen which is nice. It’s had some updating but needs more. If you’re ok with this it’s a decent price for a great location.
