Excellent service, front desk staff very helpful, nice room, great bed, a slight problem with the phone in my room (it didn't work). Perfect location, quiet area with easy access to city center. Bus station at corner for a short ride to the Richmond train station. Short walk to Thames Path, surrounded by gardens and parks.
