My husband fell twice went to front desk and asked for incident or slip and fall form had neither, she took my information and I emailed him immediately this was Saturday and today is Tuesday and no one cared to call nor email I also sent him pictures about nasty things I found in the room over the bed and bathroom with photos and still no call Total disrespect

Great staff. She saved us because we were behind schedule and made sure we didn’t lose our room. She deserves a raise. The breakfast was lacking but that’s okay. It was a nice hotel. We stayed here on our way to California and on our way home so if we picked it twice it was good enough.
