The owner was communicative and responded immediately to my questions/issues. The view is amazing and the apartment a good size. I had some trouble getting around the hills because of breathing issues so consider that if you’re in that situation. Uber was reasonable and the train to Lisbon not far away. Overall a good 8 day stay

A fabulous apartment for our 3.5 week stay! Fully stocked with everything needed including lovely linens and towels. The view can’t be beat and everything is within a 10-15 minute walk. The host was wonderful. She was very flexible in arriving/ departing arrangements, responsive to questions, and even had a cleaning person come during our stay!

Great views and modern apartment

Marta met us as agreed to check us in. Her apartment is on the 7th floor with great views from the balcony of the city and coast line. At nighttime it’s hypnotic. We felt the apartment was better than the pictures show. We stayed for 10 days and the bed linen and towels were changed after 5 days. Great service. We are 66 and fairly fit so the walk to the town and coast is all down hill, but coming back can be challenging. We enjoyed the walk and there is also a valley pathway which is very quiet and picturesque. You still need to climb though. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. It overlooks the police headquarters so no issues with noise etc. Would stay there again and recommend this place.

Modern ,clean apartment with amazing views from living room and bedroom. Very comfortable and huge bed. 25 minutes walk to the old town centre and 25 to the train station. Bus stops for Sintra , Guincho and Cresmina within 10 minutes walking distance to apartment.

We had a great time here. Local market was 2 mins away, train station 20 mins downhill. Close to a lovely greenbelt path that leads to ocean. The view of the ocean was always captivating. Marta the host was great!

AMAZING PLACE! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! EXCELLENT HOST!

Gorgeous Place. Exactly as described! The views are DIVINE! I mean it was heaven looking out on the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony. Marta is so kind and helpful. It was VIP service! The place was very clean and had everything I needed. Fully loaded with all the kitchen supplies and extra blankets, pillows for guests. The bed was so comfortable and spacious. The condo has a washer/dryer. Dishwasher worked great! The lifts are working great! You can receive amazon (Spain) and it comes right to your door. Uber delivery too. So easy to buzz delivery drivers in and they bring the groceries right up to your door. There is a great grocery store just a couple hundred feet away down the street and so easy to get to. The folks there are friendly too and they speak English! Ask for Allegría and Justin. So nice. Well I can’t say enough good things about this lovely condo. I LOVE it! Thanks Marta for having such a fantastic place. Highly recommend! Gorgeous!

Excellent stay

Marta was very helpful and communicative. Her property was very comfortable and ideally situated to walk daily through the streets of Cascais and the marina. We often went to Lisbon being so close to the train station. A great brit driven grocer around the corner perfect for picking up essentials. We will certainly be returning. Thank you Marta.

LOOK NO FURTHER!

If you want the perfect location, a spectacular view and convenience to local shopping and restaurants, this is the one for you! We were so delighted to stay in this modern and squeaky clean property! What a view to wake up to each day! The view is likely rivaled by none. Marta is the consummate host and was generous and eager to assist with our questions regarding our first visit to Cascais. This could easily become our annual retreat! Cascais is so beautiful and most things were within walking distance or a super inexpensive Uber ride. We loved our stay!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the apartment. It was clean, quite building and wonderful views. Large windows with a balcony. Marta was very accommodating and would respond quickly if we had had any questions. It took sone time to figure out how to use the stove and washer/dryer (slighty different than what we are used to). I would definitely recommend this apartment. There is a small market, which takes about 2 minutes to get there. About a 20 minute walk to Cascias center square. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit.

Fantastic!

This is a great flat for 2 people. The location is very good there are restaurants and a supermarket close-by . 20 minute walk to the beach but there is also a very good bus service if you don't want to walk. The view from the flat is fantastic. The flat has everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine. We will definitely return later in the year.

Very inacurate description

This is an old building in a ok area, far from the city center and the beach. It gas teo small elevatores of which one was broken the whole month I was staying. You need a car since the area is far from everything. The apartament needs a lot of updates, furniture is very old, living room sofa is broken, microwave not working, the small refrigerator door not closing properly, the washing machine door is broken, some lights not working. The only nice thing was the large balcony overlooking the distant ocean. Very disappointed.

Perfect apartment with gorgeous views!

We had a lovely stay in Marta's apartment! The apartment is bright and airy with gorgeous ocean views. It is situated in a quiet residential location, but it is in easy walking distance to Cascais centre and it's beach and restaurants. It's also conveniently only a quick journey by train to Lisbon. Highly recommend making use of the coastal walking route to Estoril and/or the path out to the stunning Guincho beach ( we ran/walked either route most mornings).Even though it was November we still managed to swim on a number of days. The apartment had great amenities and a super comfortable bed. Marta was very welcoming and made check in very easy. We will be back!

Wonderful apartment, wonderful host!

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment with truly amazing view! We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view at all hours of the day and night. Most comfortable king bed ever. Spacious tiled shower with loads of hot water and great pressure. Luxurious linens and towels; every appliances you could think of, all in excellent working order. The yoga mat was a real bonus. While there is no assigned parking there was always free parking right out front or a few steps away. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood. A well-stocked and reasonably-priced local store (GB) is a 1minute walk away, and a great supermercado (Auchan) is a 5 minute drive. Within 5 minutes walk are a few good restaurants and a wonderful bakery, and downtown Cascais at the bottom of the hill has loads of varied eateries. Note that the hill to downtown Cascais is very steep - an easy 15 minute walk down but a challenging uphill climb for prairie-dwellers like us. But taxis and Ubers abound, and a trip up the hill was well worth the 4€. At the train station we bought a Portuguese SIM card for 10€ providing more data than we could use in the month Marta is a lovely person and wonderful host who quickly responded to any questions we had. We will be back!

A pristine apartment on a hill overlooking the old town in Cascais. Everything you could possibly need with a very kind hostess. The apartment is exactly as pictured with that wonderful terrace to enjoy your glass of wine at the end of the day. I knew it was about a 15-20 minute walk from the old town, watches, train station. Be warned that the climb is fairly steep though, especially if you’re carrying beach gear etc. it’s gentler on the other side of the hill. Wonderful bakery nearby and a couple of grocery stores where you can find most of what you need. Cascais is a wonderful beach town and this was a great apartment. Thanks, Marta!

Happiness in Cascais.

You know the view is great from the photos online, but when we first walked in the front door our breath was taken away. You just can't believe until you see it live. We spent many evenings on the deck with a cold beverage marveling at the stunning panorama! The apartment itself is updated, super clean and perfect for two people. Our daughter stayed on the pullout couch for a few days and that was fine also. Everything you would ever want is there including things you might not think of like a yoga mat, panini maker and a heated towel rack. It is very quiet space. It is a 15 minute walk to center of Cascais, the city park, the beach, the train station, the bus station and the largest grocery store. It is an uphill walk back to the apartment from these areas, but not steep at all. You can always take the bus back to near the apartment for about 1-1:50 Euros. We were there for over a month and were not at all ready to leave when the time came. We are planning to visit this place again soon. Don't hesitate to book this place and you will be so happy you did.. Bob

Wonderful place to stay

We had a superb 7 days in this property. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is a 20 minute walk from the town centre, and there is a lovely walk through the park which brings you out at the town market.
