Exceptional Stay – Wish We Had Stayed Longer

We stayed for one night on our way from Porto to Lisbon and immediately wished we had booked more. The hotel is elegant and luxurious, with a spacious suite overlooking the sea. The location is perfect – a short walk to the promenade and marina restaurants. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and the staff was welcoming and professional. We’ll definitely come back!

Perfect place to stay

My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer, we definitely will be back! This hotel has amazing palace facility but the thing that makes it really unique is the team that greets you with a smile and takes care of you way beyond regular. We stayed during the huge blackout, everything was chaotic around but the team took care of us - updating, resuming water supply with a generator and taking care of meals for all guests free of charge! Thank you for the hospitality, thank you for providing comfort and smile!

The pool area does not have view of ocean. The location by water is convenient. There isn’t easy beach access or I haven’t found it yet. :/ Staff is very friendly and helpful. Size of room for suite is positive.

Exceptional Stay at Grande Real Villa Itália – Solo Traveler Approved! I had the most incredible stay at Grande Real Villa Itália while solo traveling in Cascais. From the moment I arrived, the service was beyond exceptional—every staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, making me feel completely at ease. The view was absolutely unreal, a picture-perfect setting that I couldn’t get enough of. The location is also fantastic, close to some amazing attractions while still offering a peaceful and luxurious retreat. The room was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and so comfortable that it felt like a home away from home. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated how warm and attentive the staff were, ensuring I had the best possible experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
