Ideal for couples or friends looking to enjoy Cascais in complete comfort.

Just a short walk to the train station that can take you to Lisbon as well as the Marina and historical sites.
The space
This is a cozy, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Cascais Old Town, just steps from the beach and Rua Amarela. It’s small but very functional, newly refreshed, and well insulated for year-round comfort.

Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms have comfortable beds, walk-in closet spaces with hanging rails, shelves, and room for luggage. I provide plenty of fresh towels, robes, and hotel-style slippers. One bedroom has air conditioning; the rest of the apartment has good insulation and a ventilation system.

Living area:
Bright living room with a sofa bed that can sleep one or two guests (maximum occupancy is 5). There is a TV, fast WiFi, and a comfortable seating area.

Heating & cooling:
Like most homes in southern Portugal, there is no built-in heating. I provide electric heaters for winter and two large fans for summer. The apartment stays at a neutral, comfortable temperature most of the year.

Bathroom:
Modern bathroom with a shower and glass doors. There is a washer and dryer, basic toiletries, a first-aid kit, laundry detergent, and softener.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine (with pods), kettle, toaster, cookware, pots, pans, utensils, plates, wine glasses, olive oil, salt, and other essentials. There is a fridge and freezer.

Extra touches:
High-quality linens, plenty of towels, robes, slippers, and a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for each reservation.

This is a comfortable, well-located apartment ideal for couples, families, small groups, and longer stays who want to be right in the center of Cascais.

If you’re planning a longer stay in Cascais, feel free to message me—I’m open to long-term bookings and can often offer special monthly rates depending on the season.

I also provide a few optional services for guests who want extra comfort or convenience:
• Airport pick-up/drop-off for up to two guests with light luggage (extra cost).
• Additional cleaning during your stay, available upon request (extra fee).
• Extra towels, linens, or supplies can be arranged if needed.

The apartment is in a traditional Cascais building, so you may hear normal city sounds, but the home is well insulated and stays comfortable throughout the year. Heating is provided with electric heaters during winter, and fans are available during summer.
