The location was excellent, and that was what we appreciated most. However, the facility felt a bit run-down, with dated furniture and fewer amenities than we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff were courteous and decent overall. If we choose to stay here again, it would be for the convenience of the location — though some updates to the property would definitely enhance the experience.

With the exception of one person at the front desk, the staff was friendly, competent, and knowledgeable. The Parking garage is quite an adventure. Very tight even for a compact car. Very busy morning buffet right at 7am but efficient and great selection of food.

I feel overall’s fine, just bumped into not very good experience that one of staff told me I couldn’t have milk in room when I would like to make a cup of coffee (Coffee powder you can find in room) after check-in on the first day, luckily, one of waiters, Bulo provided me a small jug of milk. So I felt quite strange why they didn’t leave some capsules of milk in room but tea packs. Other than that, we could have lovely breakfast there.

I booked 7 months before my stay and was allocated a room with twin beds at the rear facing a laneway and rooftop pipes. When I complained I was given a double bed (two singles pushed together) with plastic undersheets and other sheets too small to fit the "double bed' Bathroom was grubby and we found long black hairs , not ours, daily. The breakfast was very low quality. Any complaint was defended and justified by staff, who were quite rude.Felt like a tourist, take it or leave it.

Last few days for my Portugal trip

The hotel is conveniently located. It was few minutes walk from the Sao Sabestiô Metro Station. Where I could catch the metro directly to the airport. The staff were friendly. The facility was nice and clean. It was a hotel that used by several tour companies, so breakfast could get crowded early in the morning. I only had one minor complaint that there was not an eco friendly option for not changing the towels on a daily basis.
