Great day, crappy pullout

Super easy check in, digital key access, check out and free baggage storage. Clean room, great area of lisbon. Only complaint was the pullout sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable! Other than that it was all great and as expected.

The photos displayed on line are VERY misleading and they are HORRIBLE with customer service! I requested a beautiful balcony view of the city and instead received an apartment in the basement level with a view of a CEMENT WALL

The check in took a bit of time because it was a self checking in, but our stay was wonderful overall and no complains at all. The most important thing is that my family was comfortable with our time there including the fact that the hotel is close to transit options and food choices. The property was clean, maintained, and in walking distance from shopping and dining options. Parking was about a 10min walk away which was ok, but found AC unit difficult to work properly. Overall it was a good experience.
