Nice place, very central

I’d have given 5 stars, but the room did smell a little of damp, and the homeless men who are outside most of the time at the bottom of the hill. Not the owners fault but this is I suppose what being so central in the city can mean. Regardless it was otherwise a very nice property for me and my girlfriend to stay in.

Appartement au milieu des travaux, bruit de 8h à 18h, odeur d’urine permanente dans la salle de bain. Odeur permanente d’urine et déchets dans la cote qui monte à l’appartement. Dommage car il est situé au cœur de Lisbonne Aucune aide d’Abritel, à part 4h d’attente au téléphone et « on vous comprend «

Good location however the check in process was a pain.And once you were inside the building there were no numbers or letters to tell you which room was yours.Had to try them all.The room was quite musty. We couldn't open the window as it was at ground level.If the bathroom window could open that may help reduce the mustiness.

The property is located off the swuare up a lane way. The lane is very unsafe. Theres were huge groups of men fathered at the bottom of the lane at all times during the day and night and once past these men and going up the lane way toward the property it was extreamly dirty, stinking of urine and a number of homeless people sleeping and passed out dorectly across from the property entrance. It felt extreamly unsafe particularly in the dark. The property was dark, window covered up from the outside with paper so no natural light. The smell from the bathroom drains was so disgusting and made the property disgusting. In the bathroom there was black mould on the ceiling and was very run down. I would not recommend this for a stay

The apartment was amazing. Building work going on all around the building, people living on the street outside, and, rubbish. Made it feel unsafe at night. Once renovations around the property are finished it will be fine. Getting into the apartment was awkward as there were no numbers on the door.

Never again

We were unable to stay at this property and had to find an alternative accommodation. First, the photos of the outside of this accommodation are not accurate at all. It is located in a dark alley that smells horrible of urine as it is a place where people drop garage. The alley does not feel safe at all when you are walking around and unfortunately that does not change when you're inside. When you get inside, you unlock the door through a web-link and then it is difficult to find your room, as they are not marked. Unfortunately, it is not just the outside of the building that is unpleasant, as the inside also smells old and of mildew. My room did not have a door handle and when I reached out to customer service she recommended I find alternative accommodations. When I reached out to customer service some employees were very helpful and others were extremely difficult to work with. In trying to get a refund, they ended up charging me additional fees (even though I had already been charged for the full cost of the accommodation) and no one could explain what these charges were. They were very reluctant to refund me and kept adding costs, even though I was unable to stay at this accommodation at all. Eventually I was in touch with a helpful customer service representative and we were able to settle my issue. The area the building is located in has a lot to do around it, but for the price, I would highly suggest you find another accommodation.

Never again

We were not impressed with this property at all. The entire suite smells of corn cobs and mildew. I never received check in instructions and had to reach out to customer service to have them sent to me. Then upon arrival, none of the unit are labeled and I was not informed of which suite was ours, again I had to contact customer service and they had to manually unlock the door for me just to figure which one was ours. I then had to reach out to customer service in regards to the WiFi. I had to contact them for basic things that should’ve already been informed to us. You could not take a shower for longer than 5 minutes without getting ice cold shower. The listing describes the ideal location for Lisbon when in reality get ready to see 20+ homeless people sleeping just outside of your doorstep. The only positive thing I will say is that their customer service representatives were fast with responses. For as much money as we paid for only 2 nights we will never return.

Small comfortable apartment on not-so-nice lane

The apartment was small but fit my needs as a single traveler. The bed was very comfortable. Unable to take long hot showers…water gets cold very quickly. The apartment’s location was very conveniently situated. Just be warne: it’s up a short but steep lane. Late night revelers seem to choose this lane as their urinal. Also, neighbors use the area to dump their trash. It was like that the entire 4 days I was there.

Good short term rental

We enjoyed our stay. The only downfall is the smell inside the rental and outside in the alley on the way into the rental. The rental itself had an odd/musty smell and any time we left or returned the alley reeked. Other than that, the location was great and so was the property.
