Unwind at this beautiful and unique home, nestled in a quiet neighborhood toward the south side of Lincoln City. This home includes incomparable views, a hot tub, an expansive deck, and more. The house has a duplex-like setup ideal for multiple families seeking privacy, though, please note that the stairs connecting the two levels are outside. The top living area includes the living room, dining and kitchen area, master bedroom, and bathroom. Downstairs includes two bedrooms and one bathroom with a wet bar and game room that includes a TV and foosball table. Each of the two bedrooms has a door to the exterior. The laundry area is also downstairs.
