Put in a room with frig not working, carpet was stained in many area's & the smell was terrible. She moved us next door...cleaner room with working frig was comfortable then was woken up with a fire alarm 2nd & last morning. The customer service was great!

The property was bare bones — no comfy chair, only one nightstand, sparse furnishings. The good piece was the cleanliness, actually felt almost sterile. The check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating—A+.

Hotel had a unique shape. Iur room was in the middle ao it was quiet. No elevator or stairs or ice machine noise. But still close to all those things. Parking was a very big challenge we srive a full size 4 door truck 20 ft long. Was very difficult to find parking.

The beds were comfortable and smelt clean. The breakfast was great, the pool was clean. The staff was great. The only thing is the room carpets were pretty grossly stained.

Don't stay here if you want to get sleep. The walls were so paper thin i was woken at 6am by an elephant above me and shortly after I could hear the people in the room next door talking clear as day!! The front desk girl with piercings in her face also lied to us saying the room we were staying in wouldnt have anyone above us...because we didn't have a balcony. Never ever stay here again! So many better choices in town. Plus the carpets are dirty.

Great, family friendly with pets environment! We booked this room last minute as our previous reservation was dirty and pool was down. Everyone at Comfort Inn were friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend.
