Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean but a little dated. Location is a bit out of the centre, but only a nice 15 minute walk away (or plenty of bus options from outside the hotel)

Room was fine. It was not very big, but it was sufficient. Bathroom was a bit small, but again sufficient. Location was good, only about a 10 minute walk to the main sites.

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Ghent. Very convenient location, but you do need to get a ULEZ pass to reach it by car. Parking was great but quite expensive.
Hotel very clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We didn’t have breakfast."
