Less about many words and more about taking care of customer while staying cool and relaxed. Relaxed in co tacy does not mean relaxed when it comes to customer comfort . If customer asks if sauna ( outside ) is ready - better to check it twice rather then have naked customer entering cold sauna. Don’t ask customer to make a reservation in the restaurant if it is practically empty. Change the cook - oyster mushrooms were really bad and fries not much better. Also your staff need to know all the details of the dishes ( and be able to distinguish eggs royale from eggs Benedict). Location is awesome but don’t let the construction work to disturb your customers until midnight. "
