When we arrived and no heat was turned on in the room it was freezing. The remote did not work for the tv. They asked us to come to the desk to get a new one. People above us woke us in the night with noise, we called the front desk. They told them the room below complained about noise and then the people from upstairs came down and were pounding on our door and yelling after midnight. In the morning hotel staff DID NOTHING to compensate us. Also in the morning there was a dog 2 doors down the was consistently barking. Very unhappy with stay

The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The only issue we had is that we could not get the air in the room to work. The heater was running when we left the room and when we came back, the room was uncomfortably hot, we tried to turn the air conditioner on, but it would not fully turn on and kept cutting off. The room was uncomfortably hot all night, even with trying to turn the air on multiple times.

Staff was pleasant. We were disappointed in our television in room. The little time we had to watch there was closed caption on screen. When we couldn't remove we talked to clerk at main desk who informed us they were aware of problem but were helpless to remove it also. It was very annoying. This was only complaint.
Across the street from hotel we saw deer wandering around.

Super nice and modern property Very welcoming lobby and bar area with lots of comfortable seating. The breakfast area was s huge and looked at check in an from online pictures to be well stocked and variety but was disappointed to only see a skillet of eggs an one of sausage when I came the next day for breakfast. There was also a small pan of tater tots. Not the worst but underwhelming given the layout and previously viewed pics. It has a decent gym and indoor pool. Overall a very well kept place for an affordable price.
