When checking in I was told I had no reservation. The young clerk looked and looked until she found it under someone else name, I really appreciated the effort and time she put in to find the reservation. The rest of the stay went well.

It was disappointing the pool wasn't in service. We stayed there with family so that the kids could swim. Would have been nice to know before we booked. The breakfast was very good.
