Check in time is 3:00. We arrived at 3:15. Our room wasn’t ready and the front desk staff said it was because they were at capacity the night before and it was just taking them longer to get everything cleaned. Not a good reason. Ok so maybe it would be ready in 30 minutes? No. TWO HOURS LATER we finally walked into our room. We were frustrated, our kids were frustrated and it just wasn’t good. This made the evening feel very rushed and stressed when it should’ve been relaxing. We were in Vegas for the Paul McCartney concert and because of this ordeal, we got to the concert later than we would have liked. Guess what they gave us to smooth things over… a bottle of water for each of us 😂😡
