this place is disgusting stop recommending it. I also didnt get my money refunded yet an iv called a few times today. this place is pumped with fragrances throughout the whole hotel so if you have a asthma issue or a breathing problem, do not even step near the door. The bedsheets were dirty. The pillows were disgusting their stains on the wall in the carpet in the bed sheets. This place is a very bad place to say, and when I say bad place, I really mean it because I have been in some pretty nasty places before, but the bedsheets and the bed area was never dirty like this.

I was an old building but the cleaning staff would come in every day to empty wastebaskets, replace soaps and towels if needed. The staff at the reception room friendly and helpful. Good location.

Front desk wasn’t present when we arrived. Had to wait at least 10 minutes for her to check us in the room was filthy. The carpet was tacky. The shower bars had what looked like chocolate on them. We’ll never stay here again. The place needs a total renovation. The comfort Inn should be embarrassed by the representation of this property.

Morning staff was great and ready to address concerns. The night staff was not polite at all. There was a bad smell in the room due to the mold and the humidity. I left the area safe, but if nothing done others might develop some breathing problems. Room 218 should be out of service.
