Front desk is wonderful they provide good customer service it's the laundry people, no toilet when asked for they are very rude they.Walk in on you while naked barely speak English don't want to assist everything is no. I just give my thing to miss Laverne she is amazing she gives great customer service very helpful i appreciate her so much besides her they need to get a whole new laundry staff and let miss Laverne run is as a supervisor she is great.

It was full of roaches. Not clean nor the basics like soap. Because of the amount of roach3s in the room, it was impossible to sleep.
